Love is an American romantic comedy-drama streaming TV show created by Judd Apatow and Lesley Arfin. The show's cast includes Rust, Gillian Jacobs, Mike Mitchell, and Claudia O'Doherty. Netflix originally ordered two seasons of the series. The show premiered on February 19, 2016 the first season of 10 episodes was released. The second season, which consists of 12 episodes began airing on March 10 2017. A month prior to the debut of the second season Netflix renewed the show to a new season. On the 15th of December the 15th of December, 2017 Netflix announced that the third season of the series would be the last season of the series. Season 3 was released on March 9, 2018.The series is presented as an "down-to-earth view of dating" which explores male and female perspectives on romantic relationships via the characters Mickey and Gus, which are played by Jacobs and Rust as well as Rust. Mickey and Gus are two untrustworthy people who each carry an emotional burden, trying to build a trusting relationship with one another.
