Summer Bishil

 Summer Yasmine Bishil (born July 17th, 1988) is an American actress. Her first big break came when she was starring as Jasira in 2007's film Towelhead in which she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. The following years she was featured in minor roles in films and TV shows like The Last Airbender (2010) and 90210 (2011) prior to her role in the short-lived ABC series Lucky 7 (2013). She starred as Margo Hanson on the Syfy show about a fantasy-themed drama called The Magicians from 2015 to 2020.The September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks caused her family to move back to the United States. They moved to San Diego with her family and attended regular high school for one week. Her classmates didn't want her returning due to the tensions that erupted in the U.S. after 9/11. She said it was difficult to come home. I was called a whore on the very first day of school, and a person said my father had financed terrorism. I just knew that nobody was ever going to want to be my friend there. I was afflicted with panic attacks during the first year that I lived here."
