Haruka

 Haruka Nanase (Qi Lai Yao Nanase Haruka) is the main character of the animated series Free!. It begins with Free! and ends with HighSpeed! by Kouji Ohji. Haruka is a freestyle swimmer and was vice-captain of Iwatobi Highschool Swim Club. He is a current university student at Hidaka University where he also a member of the club's swimming team, and is pursuing professional competition on the international stage.Haruka is a muscular young man with blue eyes and his hair is short and straight with bangs that dangle between his eyes. He's serious and never shows emotion. He often wore jammers under the clothes he wore to high school to make sure he was prepared to swim at a instant. The jammers (black and with slight variations in violet striping) are nearly identical, but he states they fit differently and that it is sometimes difficult to decide which one to wear every morning. The abdominal muscles and triceps (upper arms, abdomen) are the most developed.
